Open the downloaded file and follow the prompts

About the Windows security screen
Windows may show a blue screen that says 'Windows protected your PC.' This is normal. Click 'More info', then click 'Run anyway'. If you're asked 'Do you want to allow this app to make changes?', click 'Yes'.
